It is through learning about the candidates and clients that we aim to ensure the ideal match is then made. We ask both to complete our surveys so we identify which candidate shares the same vision as the client and make a more in depth decision as to what candidate/s will fit the organisational needs of our clients.
We cross check academic achievements and references with all candidates (where references have been provided). We want committed candidates that show practical knowledge in the roles they are going to preform. We will often make workshops and/or tests that will be based on certain roles that can give our clients a better indication of our candidate's knowledge in the industry.
